After three months, controller still not working

It's been three months, I still have controller issues about every single game. Controller is just unresponsive for a few seconds. The indicated player is either running in one single direction and I cannot change or whatever, or he's just idle for a few seconds.

This has cost me several losses, and it's really frustrating to see that after three months of gameplay this still isn't fixed. I've tried all proposed solutions, enable/disable vsync, cap framerate, I close all overlays, but to no avail. It only happens in online game modes
