Bad otimization pc

i bought the game 2 week ago and havent been able to enjoy itself because off a lack of optimization every match that i tried to play is extremely heavy, i only got to play 3 rivals matches because of massive delay and my controller does not work , i have to press 10 times to my game to respond and take so long that my opponent already scored against me, 

Even on offline matches this happen, but if i go offiline my game works normally. 

Please Ea help me to enjoy the game i only want to be able to play for a game that i payed for 

My pc specs are: Ryzen 3600xt   1660 super      16gb ddr5      ssd1tb fury
