Camera automatically zooms inside penalty area

There is a bug where the  game will automatically zoom (this is NOT the power shot zoom) in the camera around the penalty box area and zooms back out when a player exits the box. The issue happens in every single game mode regardless of the stadium and camera settings. It's disorienting as the camera keeps zooming in and out around the box. 

There was a similar report on the forum notifying the issue but was overlooked as it wasn't a "game-breaking" bug and didn't get enough attention.
