Can’t claim evolution in unassigned items

This issue has been consistent for exactly 20 days now and it is genuinely a joke. Aside from just wanting to open some packs after grinding the game. With timers now expired on all FS evos,  I wanted to get them done but because of the playstyles (and PS+) being locked behind packs, I can’t claim them and continue my evo. I have contacted support plenty of times over these past 20 days, and have been told multiple things such as; “this will be fixed in the next patch” which it most definitely was not, “this issue on your account will be fixed within 24 hours” which again it wasn’t, and just constantly telling me that I had been forwarded to the ingame team so that I will be fixed. But once again it hasn’t been fixed, the reason as for why I am here. Now as I say, it has become such a joke as players who spend their money on this game can’t even have the reward of building a cool evo with a player they like, whereas issues like the POTM Yamal in the Sophia Wilson SBC was an ingame issue fixed within 20-30 mins. And to have the audacity to say “we hear you” but when us as a community speak out, it could potentially take weeks or months for a fix to a small bug. Now as I conclude my rant, I would like my issue to be fixed as promised and some news as to when. I would like a fix as of now. And I demand to receive some compensation such as my £70 back. Genuinely disgusting for a company like yours to be treating players like this. I will also mention again that the evolutions are expired which is the reasoning i deserve compensation. 

i want the items removed from my account because as i stated previously, i cannot open packs which is resulting in my team being really far behind in promos. And I can’t make any coins from tradeable packs to do any evos so i want it fixed now!
