Career Mode- Youth academy

In manager career mode when i open the youth academy and join a game automatically the game turns on "music alway on" and the bug that is ruining it for me is that i can't change any player in formation in YA teams and if i start a game and want to sub in team management it gets stuck there and the only way to exit is to close the game completely.
