champs lagging terribly on pc?

i've been playing champs for the past hour and every match i've gone into has been extremely laggy there isn't a single second in the second game where i dont freeze frame and i know its not my pc ive gone into rivals and it doesnt lag rush doesnt lag nothing else is lagging except for champs does anyone know why? this has never happened before and its just now started on my last few games also assuming its happening to my opponents because they dont even ready up to go into the game they js leave the lobby
