Clubs Leaderboard Ranking Is Unfair and Easily Distorted (Low Matches Played)

Hello EA Community,

I would like to report another issue related to Clubs mode leaderboards, specifically how player rankings are calculated and displayed.

As shown in the current Goalkeeper Pro Leaderboard, players with extremely low matches played are able to appear in high leaderboard positions. For example:

• A player ranked 6th on the goalkeeper leaderboard has played only 1 match.
• Despite this, they are ranked above many players who have played hundreds of matches with consistent performance over time.
• This creates a misleading leaderboard that does not reflect long-term skill, contribution, or consistency.

This suggests that:

• The leaderboard ranking system does not properly account for minimum games played.
• One good (or average) match can place a player unrealistically high.
• Players who grind Clubs mode and maintain performance over many matches are penalized compared to players with very small sample sizes.

This impacts the competitive integrity of Clubs mode, because leaderboards should represent:

• Consistency
• Experience
• Long-term performance

I respectfully suggest:

• Introducing a minimum number of matches required before appearing on the leaderboard (e.g. 50–100 games).
• Adjusting ranking formulas to reduce the impact of very small sample sizes.
• Separating short-term performance stats from competitive leaderboards.

Combined with the current goalkeeper rating issues, this makes Clubs mode feel unbalanced and discouraging for dedicated players.
