clubs rush match connection issue

When searching for a Clubs Rush match the game refuses to find an opponent, stating that it "failed to find additional team mates" even with the GK option off/on, it still states the same thing so when you search with a for a match on rush, it will not put you into a game. and everything else works fine;drop in, co op, friendlies, heck even went back on to fc25 clubs rush and that worked. EVERYTHING BUT clubs rush on fc26. I can maybe find a match 2/15 times, sometimes not at all. it will say "failed to find additional team mates" yadayada. please help!! I love this game and play it all the time!! thank you.
