Consumable "new" token in pack - can't claim

Not able to redeem or discard this weird item after update, I packed it from Jambo gold pack. Not able to open packs because of this unassigned item. Can anyone please help me with this.

When I opened a pack on the PS5, a black item appeared. When I try to open it, I get an error.Also, when I open the pack in the Web Companion App, it shows that there is one “unassigned item.”

When I select it, a strange item appears, as shown in the image.When I press the button,

“Server Unavailable”“Sorry, this feature is currently down for maintenance. Please check back later.”is displayed.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have the same issue. Spoke to someone on the EA support team and they said that they have reported it to the gam team. I hope they fix it soon because I can’t open any packs for now.

Just bought the game after seeing the World Cup feature coming soon and I cant open a **bleep** pack in FUT because of this exact thing.  **bleep** it EA, do better.

On ultimate team, there is an unknown item that was in a gold pack that I’m unable to redeem or quick sell. Because of this, I can’t open any packs and when I click, it says unable to connect to servers.

what can I do? This effects both the companion app and on my PS5
