Contract Bug (Cant Negotiate)

The players ask for renewals twice a season which cant be donea s the game doesnt allow regotiation two times in a span of I think 6 months or maybe a season. Due to this my players are constantly being transfer listed.

Luckily assistant cant negotiate a transfer out for players (Another Bug in the game). 

I think the feature should be an option. It is very useless as I used to earlier negotiate new player roles for players anytime using that when I bring in new players so I can maintain morale properly.
