Controller lag on PC

Whether you are using a PS5 or Xbox controller on pc, the game seems to be having an issue where its not detecting the input and has the player run in a direction you were running, on its own. even if you aren't pointing your stick in that direction. tried multiple cables and even BT and same thing. its not only in the game, you controller will also get stuck on the menus sometimes. not letting move through the menu for a split second. this just started after the newest update, as i was playing last night and not having an issue.

    I’ve been having the same problem since after Christmas. I bought a new controller and had the same issue. After switching back to my old controller, the same problem still occurred, meaning not the controller problem. I’ve used both controllers to play other games and never had the controller not registering issue. I enabled the side-to-side controller reflecting my controller registration. Every time the bug occurres, the in game controller registration is stuck and the left stick is freeze at the direction my player is running, during this time, no matter which button I click there’s no registration. It often resume after ~10-20 sec.
