DC by opponent counted as loss

I was playing champs and was leading 7-3 when in the 92 min he got a freekick and immediately paused the game. After that he didn't resume and the time went to 0 and then cinematic started playing. I even heard the referee blow the final whistle when paused but the game didn't resume nor end and was stuck in the cinematic view. It was stuck like that for 15 min and then when I restarted the game it said I DC'd and it will count as a loss
