DISCONNECTED AFTER EXTRA TIME/PENALTY SHOOT-OUT

Every time I go to extra-time/penalties in FUT Champions i get disconnected at the end and the game counts as a loss! Lost 3 games this weekend because of this, games that I had won. Please fix this! Any solution?
