Disconnection with a perfect internet in wl

there was no connection problem on my internet no other thing, won the match 6-2 played great at the end of the match, cinematic just took to long and it give the error says'' ea cannot reply to your request at the moment'' just disconnected from UT return back ending up starting with 1 lose. How does that happen??? Just waste my 20 minutes to score 6 goals(also scoring more than my opponent :D ) dealing with stress and resulting with **bleep** bug. Who will make up for this? just give me my win back
