EA Javeline anticheat doesnt support TPM 1.2 anymore

Hi, so basically EA have made an update where the anticheat doesnt support TPM1.2, and many players like me dont have the option to switch to TPM2.0 even though it doesnt state in the game requirments that you need TPM2.0 in order to play, this is an absolute joke and a scam , instead of blocking cheaters from playing the game you block normal people for simply not having 2.0? If anyone knows how to reach out to EA(since they ignore discord and forums) or how to speak with an agent directly please help us here , because even opening a ticket wont help they will just tell you to reinstall anticheat even though you tell them that you have done that more than a hundred times.if ea plan on keeping this update they should post on  their official account and not keeping us waiting for nothing ,Frustrating tbh i cant think of any other comapny who treat their players like this,
