I customised the Team Sheets, Line-Ups and Tactics for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City (I created new Custom Tactics, changed formations and changed who was on the Starting XI and Substitutes Bench for all three clubs) on FC 26 (PS5) today and when I closed the game and logged back in later, the changes had been reverted back to the default line-ups and my changes to the Starting XIs and Substitutes Benches were gone and my new Custom Tactics had disappeared. I remembered to save a Squads file before closing the game properly. I had no power outages, I didn't turn off my PS5 before re-opening FC 26 and the changes that I made were gone.
I had this very same problem in FC 25, too. It's starting to bug me that EA can't fix such an issue even with the release of a new game. It's a lot of money each year for a game with the same bugs as its previous iteration.
If anyone has any solutions or also shares the same bug on PS5, help and replies would be appreciated.

Hello I’m reporting this bug and expressing my frustrations, This issue has been ongoing for Fc 24, Fc 25, And now Fc 26, In The Main menu when you go to settings and edit Team sheets it does not save my custom tactics nor will it save in kick off. Me and a group of friends have been playing Since the very 1st game came out and we have created a fantasy league selecting our favourite clubs and drafting people based off certain criteria and play out seasons at each others houses, this has been going on for decades. Please fix this issue, it’s causing a lot of stress and taking a lot of time for us to redo teams for 10 people. We all have kids and this is our way of having fun. Please EA WE NEED YOUR HELP! ITS BEEN 3 YEARS OF THIS SAME ISSUE EA.
Very Frustrating EA SPORTS has known about this issue since Fc 24, Fc 25, And now it’s the same **bleep** on FC 26! Absolutely ridiculous! They promote that they have “Listened to the Community” but it’s just a lie to trick us into buying the game again. If this issue isn’t Fixed by the 1st title update I’m going to switch. It’s sad to say but EA obviously doesn’t care about this. 3 YEARS SAME ISSUE IS CRAZY!

Same issue but on pc. Now I can't even change the positions of any player on my team. If I do try to, it just reverts back to its original position. It's crazy that it's been a year and they still can't seem to fix this. Honestly, shame on you guys.
Also, while being in game and opening the team management menu, the game just freezes and crashes.

You still can't save tactics, edit default team sheets/formations in the main menu.
There were over 1000 replies regarding this bug in FC25. You also show this issue on your trello board (see image). How is it possible to not have it fixed for this game?
This is your quote from the FC25 thread: "We're aware of an issue where team sheets and formations aren't saving correctly. Despite making changes, the default settings revert upon reloading the game, preventing player swaps and formation adjustments. Our team is actively working on a solution, and we appreciate your patience and understanding."

Potential reproduction steps: Go to squad management in the main menu and edit tactics/team sheets/formations. After closing the game, or going to another game mode, the edited tactics are reset back to default.
Why do EA require all this information? Surely it doesn't matter who has the issue, where they are from, what platform, time of day, what they have for breakfast etc and all that bx. There is a massive bug within Tactics for most people, regardless of details. These issues were reported 2 weeks ago FGS ! stop ignoring and delaying stuff, just pass it onto the relevant department.

It never got fixed. There was a workaround to edit about a 100 teams, but that's it.

Yeah I am having the same issue. This is super frustrating. And I certainly don't want to change the team every time I want to play.
Unfortunately I don't have a fix. Why is nobody from the company replying to these complaints. This is very poor service. Shame on you EA Sports.

Exactly the same thing. Some teams do work other teams don't. And can't access team sheets without it crashing!!
I am also experiencing this on NS2, however I am also finding that the career mode difficulty keeps resetting to default, alongside that my team sheets keep disappearing and resetting to the default team. Unsure if switching between handheld/docked mode is causing this issue to occur?
