I customised the Team Sheets, Line-Ups and Tactics for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City (I created new Custom Tactics, changed formations and changed who was on the Starting XI and Substitutes Bench for all three clubs) on FC 26 (PS5) today and when I closed the game and logged back in later, the changes had been reverted back to the default line-ups and my changes to the Starting XIs and Substitutes Benches were gone and my new Custom Tactics had disappeared. I remembered to save a Squads file before closing the game properly. I had no power outages, I didn't turn off my PS5 before re-opening FC 26 and the changes that I made were gone.
I had this very same problem in FC 25, too. It's starting to bug me that EA can't fix such an issue even with the release of a new game. It's a lot of money each year for a game with the same bugs as its previous iteration.
If anyone has any solutions or also shares the same bug on PS5, help and replies would be appreciated.

So in the last two or three games, I've had a bug where team sheets wouldn't save. However, in the new FC25, I've just discovered that if you make loads of transfers you can't even edit the team sheet?!?! Does anyone have a fix for this? I just spent an hour making a new Dortmund team with loads of old players and I can't even use it... I reset my game four times and it still wouldn't work, I even started a career mode and I still couldn't edit it! I tried starting the match and it wouldn't let me edit the team... I just feel like this is one of the easiest things to fix and they haven't fixed it in two years. Kickoff used to be my favourite thing on FC25 and now it's been completely ruined.
