I customised the Team Sheets, Line-Ups and Tactics for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City (I created new Custom Tactics, changed formations and changed who was on the Starting XI and Substitutes Bench for all three clubs) on FC 26 (PS5) today and when I closed the game and logged back in later, the changes had been reverted back to the default line-ups and my changes to the Starting XIs and Substitutes Benches were gone and my new Custom Tactics had disappeared. I remembered to save a Squads file before closing the game properly. I had no power outages, I didn't turn off my PS5 before re-opening FC 26 and the changes that I made were gone.
I had this very same problem in FC 25, too. It's starting to bug me that EA can't fix such an issue even with the release of a new game. It's a lot of money each year for a game with the same bugs as its previous iteration.
If anyone has any solutions or also shares the same bug on PS5, help and replies would be appreciated.

It’s great to see another post about this kind of thing happening. Me and my mates have in person competitions with teams we have made ourselves. Once we swapped all the players to our teams every time we try to play on kick off mode it crashes. And if you try to scroll through team sheets. It crashes. AND if you try and transfer more players to the edited teams…you guessed it…CRASHES.
I’ll keep commenting on this post to keep it near the top. I’ve posted 3 different threads about it too, if we all keep on commenting on each others surely they can’t keep ignoring us
