I customised the Team Sheets, Line-Ups and Tactics for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City (I created new Custom Tactics, changed formations and changed who was on the Starting XI and Substitutes Bench for all three clubs) on FC 26 (PS5) today and when I closed the game and logged back in later, the changes had been reverted back to the default line-ups and my changes to the Starting XIs and Substitutes Benches were gone and my new Custom Tactics had disappeared. I remembered to save a Squads file before closing the game properly. I had no power outages, I didn't turn off my PS5 before re-opening FC 26 and the changes that I made were gone.
I had this very same problem in FC 25, too. It's starting to bug me that EA can't fix such an issue even with the release of a new game. It's a lot of money each year for a game with the same bugs as its previous iteration.
If anyone has any solutions or also shares the same bug on PS5, help and replies would be appreciated.

I love to customize teams in the edit team’s tab through the main menu. If you make club transfers player then freeze in their position in the team and you can’t make any changes AT ALL! You also can’t save team sheets to come back to the game even if you save it in squads. There are many major bugs in the edit teams tab. Very frustrating to have pay $140 dollars for EAFC 25 and EAFC 26 and they both have the same problem. This will be my last buy.
