Have same problem. And then i forced shutt down middle the match. Now I cant conect in UT at all.

I’ve now played multiple gauntlet 12 matches and they aren’t logging my progress when I win or an opponent disconnects. No problem in game, it’s when the match is over. I get kicked out of ultimate team altogether and it doesn’t register the game as played, never mind the win. It’s impossible to complete making the advertised rewards impossible to obtain. Please either fix it or award the packs. Xbox, cross play off.

Every game of ultimate gauntlet 12 I play, no matter who I use in my squad. The game will kick me off UT after the match is finished , I have no idea how to fix. I cannot progress towards obj at all in this mode, all others are fine.

I have the same problem after the update. I came here to read about it. I don't know, bro, I'm starting to get delayed response, the response to the gamepad started to increase during the game. They broke it again with the update. From personal experience, take a month off, they won't fix it quickly, my friend.

Am having the same issue since last night its ridiculous EA sort this out, this year has been awful never mind trying to improve the game.

Happens both ways, when switching squads/players or not
I have noticed that on the gauntlet progress screen it says my current round is round 3 but i am actually on round 2.

Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing to report a technical issue I encountered while playing Ultimate Team – Ultimate Gauntlet 12 and to request a review of the match outcome.
I recently spent a significant amount of time completing the Ultimate Gauntlet 12 Bonus objective in order to earn the associated rewards. After many attempts, I finally achieved a perfect round in my final match. The final score was approximately 11–2 or 12–2, clearly in my favor.
During the match, my opponent repeatedly paused the game, seemingly attempting to disrupt the gameplay. Despite this, I completed the match successfully and won. However, immediately after the final whistle, an error message appeared stating something similar to “An error occurred while processing your request.” At that moment, Ultimate Team closed unexpectedly.
I would like to clarify that this issue was not related to my internet connection. There was no disconnection warning, no “restoring connection” message, and I was able to re-enter Ultimate Team immediately after being returned to the lobby. The error occurred precisely when the match ended, which suggests it may have been a server or game processing issue.
Unfortunately, the match result was not counted, and I am now out of attempts, with only 17 hours remaining before the Gauntlet event expires. I spent most of my Sunday working to complete this objective, so it is extremely frustrating to lose the progress due to what appears to be a technical bug beyond my control.
I kindly ask that you review the match and my account activity, and if possible credit the win or mark the objective as completed, as I successfully finished the Gauntlet with a perfect round.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
