FC26 on PS5 Game in Black Screen/ Menu Works fine

I have just finished a UT Squad Battles game as a draw and clicked resume match to restart the gane for extra time. The game screen just shows black except for a UT symbol in the top right corner and the crowd noise can still be heard.

The menu works fine but everytime I return to game it's just black with the background noise. 

I don;t want to leave the game as I will lose my oints and get a warning about leaving early and a penalty in future games.  It will also affect my squad battle rewards if I din;t get the 1300 or so SB points I would expect from the game.

What do I do?

I'm leaving the console on and hoping for an answer before it gets tired and switches itself off, I don't know of thats a thing but that's what my telly does if I pause something.
