Community ManagerHi there, could you please try launching - or if needed, installing- the game from a different profile on your console to see if it works? Make sure to delete the previous save file before testing.
Also, try starting the game in offline mode first. Disconnect the internet, and once it launches, reconnect to the internet, then check if it runs properly.

I tried what you suggested and it is still the same. please check the video attached. It keep on loading with the FC green icon at the bottom, without moving forward
