Football fanatic week 1 doesn't count on the completionist

i found the completionist of football fanatic of two weeks it doesnt count on my account after i finished the the whole week 1 objective and i claimed the pack of week 1 objective but I didn't check the completionist pack but it didn't show that i done the objective that's totally error while I'm done everyone so please get it fixed or i will lose the futbirtday 90+ rated pack cause of error i didn't done .

    I finished week 2 but don't know if i claimed it it would help 

    What should i do ?

    Is there anyone from Ea could just reply that this error have been noted

    I’ve grafted to get the week 2 completed. That’s worked and been checked off but week 1 still hasn’t been fixed.

    Happened for me aswell just been on live chat they say it’ll hopefully be resolved soon but I’m not holding my breath tbh

    Same for me. Just looked at fanatics week 2 to look at what I needed to do and the completionist week 1 hasn’t checked off. I claimed the pack and opened the 3x86 also. EA please can you look into this. I am on Xbox
