Fut champions bug

Hi, I won a match in the fut champs, but the victory didn't count, and a message appeared on the screen that the match had been declared a forfeit for the opponent. At halftime, the opponent was awarded a free kick, which suspended play, and then the screen blurred for a moment, after which the opponent paused play and stopped. The match ended with me winning. When the final whistle blew, I tried to join Ultimate Team, but I couldn't because I didn't have the menu to join Ultimate Team. Something froze again, so I exited the game and went back to the PlayStation 5 menu. I'm asking for compensation, as I had one less win than I should have.
