Fut Draft Bug/Cheat

I have had this issue as well, super annoying

I used points to enter Draft, and for the second time in three Drafts I encountered a suspected cheater. In the affected match I could control only one player while the others acted like bots with arrows above their heads. The opponent’s EA ID was visible. I won the only Draft without interference, but under these conditions it’s not a fair experience. Please review the incident and provide appropriate compensation. If this continues, I won’t be able to play Weekend League properly (as happened last year due to cheaters), and I’ll have to stop playing on PC and avoid cross-play. There have been many posts about anti-cheat, but current protections don’t seem to meet expected standards.

Summary of the issue:  
I lost draft token / FIFA Points in Online Draft due to player exploiting a known bug. The "Missing Content" tool no longer restores tokens for these incidents (it worked reliably until last Thursday). I have submitted prior reports but the issue persists.

Steps to reproduce (as observed):  
1. Enter Draft queue.  
2. Match found and lobby/loading begins.  
3. First pass and opponent performs exploit. In all cases the exploit results in immediate loss of draft token once match proceeds.  
4. After the match, token is consumed and Missing Content does not return it.

Requested action:  
1. Please investigate server-side logs for these matches and confirm exploit usage.  
2. Restore the lost draft tokens / FIFA Points for affected matches.  
3. Take appropriate action against confirmed cheaters (bans).

My last 4 draft online I was stolen by a hacker in 1st game.
The Draft ws still showing as if I won for 1-0 but it didn´t allowed me the second game so I had to get the reward.

There´s no way to report this to EA via ticket or no way to get a draft token or my money back I hve put real life money in the game and the game is just not cheap and I feel like I was stolen.

There´s no place to report this to EA I´m seeking where to report this for the last coupe of hours but it only allowed me to rise this topic on the Forum.

If I could I would get my money back but I already played too much.. Hacker are rtuining the game , EA Anti cheat does nothing and there´s no way to get our money back... this is just too sad for me... hours of gameplay and 45k coins lost

You can try to report  him and the service  will  be  checked  in  him ?
