Game freezing + PS5 controller issue on PC + Missing reward

The game freezes when removing concept players from the bench, and then trying to substitute them using the multiple selection method from the club. I have attached a video regarding that bug. The game completely freezes and I have to use ALT + F4 to quit the game and reopen it again to be able to control the game again. I tried 2 more times and the same bug exists. I also get an issue where my ps5 dualsense wireless controller freezes in the middle of the game for a few seconds while it is being connected wired and wirelessly. I tried launching the game from the EA app only and the steam input was disabled, so I enabled that to see if anything is going to change as a second try to fix it, but it still sometimes freezes in the middle of my game while I am playing rivals/ultimate guantlet and sometimes this freezing leads to my opponent getting an unfair advantage over me in the game! I also have not recieved my griddy celebration reward from FC 25's Griddy to Glory cup as I completed that and got Ronaldinho in FC 25, but I didn't get the griddy in FC 26. I never had any of these bugs in EA FC 25, so why do I have it in the new game?! Please fix these bugs and thank you.
