Game repeatedly crashes during gameplay and shows error CE-108255-1 every time

PS5 Slim Digital FC26 Bundle edition - The game freezes randomly (during matches within 1-15 mins in-game time) and then automatically closes with error CE-108255-1.

I did the following troubleshooting already:

-Reinstalled the game completely

-Cleared console cache & rebuilt database in Safe Mode

-Checked storage (no issues)

-Updated system software

-Enabled/disabled performance modes

-Restarted PS5 multiple times

-Internet connection tested working

-Deleted game and installed it several times but nothing fixed.

None of these fixed the problem. That's very frustrating please give a refund or solve the issue ASAP.

Frequency: Happens every time after a few minutes of gameplay.

Request: Please investigate or provide a replacement game entitlement if the digital bundle file is corrupted.
