game stuck

Hello, every time I enter a match of EA FC 26 my game gets all "stuck" as if I had no FPS and I've tried everything but nothing works. I wanted help because this way I don't feel like playing the game that I paid 100 euros for the ultimate version, and it's sad because there shouldn't be these errors.
