Gauntlet freezing and allowing opponents to score

I need to be compensated for getting goals scored on me while the game is frozen. Especially when winning by several goals.  I was one win away from all rewards in the gauntlet objective and got kicked and lost to being frozen. Should be reward the final rewards due to the games instability. Or my gauntlet games refreshed. I’ve recorded proof of the game play as well.
