Hi there. If your case was submitted 7 days ago and you haven't received a response, open a case with an advisor and ask them to check on it. Do not submit another dispute. That will go to ToS. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact us' button at the bottom this page. Thanks!

I already opened a case and got an email from ToS that they will review and investigate the ban then update me as soon as possible that was 7 days ago
on cases history it says ( waiting on studio )

The waiting on studio status means your case is awaiting investigation. ToS will email you when the investigation completes.
