I got banned on 13th of November after closing the game (completely offline)
I never used any type of cheat or even violated any term of (terms of service)
that's a 100% false ban I opened a case 7 days ago and still no replies from EA ToS team.
my case says (waiting on studio) for 7 days
if anyone can help me, I appreciate that really.
Community ManagerHi there. If your case was submitted 7 days ago and you haven't received a response, open a case with an advisor and ask them to check on it. Do not submit another dispute. That will go to ToS. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact us' button at the bottom this page. Thanks!
I already opened a case and got an email from ToS that they will review and investigate the ban then update me as soon as possible that was 7 days ago
on cases history it says ( waiting on studio )
so what should i do now ??
Community ManagerThe waiting on studio status means your case is awaiting investigation. ToS will email you when the investigation completes.
they told me this morning that they took the right action what i should do now ??????
so my account and my money i paid 1 month ago is gone now right ?
