Help me EA Sports

When I go to Edit Teams and find Club Transfer, where I can move players who are in the XI or national team, why are there duplicate players? Why aren't they just assigned to one team? It seems like a bug. Can EA Sports fix this so we can move XI or national team players to a specific team?
