EA SPORTS, please fix the bug in FC26. I've moved some players in the Team Sheet, and it keeps showing duplicates. I don't know how to fix it.

I went to Edit Team and then to Club Transfers to move players from one team to another, but I encountered a bug where player names were duplicated. How can I fix this bug to prevent duplicate player names from occurring again?
