Insane problem with division rivals PC

I bought the ultimate version yesterday, so I thought that I'd play some rivals today but whats happening right now every time I'm in a match is that after some seconds I literally can't play and control my players anymore.
I can still see the indicator above them but I can't run, pass, shoot etc..
I've tried many things but the problem is still there and I keep getting disconnected for afk (?).
I mean I'm buying a game (ultimate btw) and I just cant do anything at all.

I'd like to have a fix and at least getting every leaving penalties off.
I just want to have a good time after coming from work tbh.
