It’s not possible to redeem season 9 items

I’m trying to redeem my season 9 items in my play 5, it’s always returning the same message “services is not available now”, it happens every single day. If I use FUT companion app, it allows me to redeem some items, except level 2 and 20. Both are XP for the season. Can you help me please?
