Lags after alt+tab

I have stumbled upon an issue when I'm alt tabing the game or just minimalizing it starts lagging. (I've even encounterd this problem when the game was launching and i closed spotify on the task bar)
Everything gets buggy and laggy in the before match menu and in the quest tab players shirts start bouncing and stretching, text seems to be a bit torn like it was in lower resolution than everything else or smth like that, everything gets slower, in the match it self I had svere lags its not bc of Internet  (i have 13 ping and my connection is very stable) it felt like i was playing on a computer from 10 years ago, but pause menu feelt great like in every other game. I can play normaly if im not alt tabing the game but its frustrating when i want to text my friend or skip the song on spotify and i have to restart the game.
