Locked at 15 fps

Hi guys, i just got fc26 but when I enter ultimate team it locks the fps at 15 fps. I consider i don t have a really bad pc (i5 10th gen, 16 gb ram, gtx1650) but when i enter fc 26 it locks automatically at 15 fps. A friend of mine has the same pc and he gets 120 fps with the same video settings. Any idea?
