Lost Drafts in FC 26 Due to Hackers (Unable to Control Players)

While playing FC 26 Draft, I encountered hackers who made it impossible for me to control all of my players. Because of this, I lost two drafts unfairly. Each draft cost me FC Points, which were completely wasted due to these incidents.

I have faced this problem three times in total, but I was only able to document two of the matches. I have attached images from the gameplay as proof.

This experience has made me lose trust in playing Draft mode, since it feels unfair to spend FC Points when hackers can exploit the game so easily.

Request:
I kindly ask for my FC Points to be refunded (or compensation of equal value) for the drafts that were ruined by hackers. Alternatively, I would appreciate any other way you can make up for this unfair loss, so that I can enjoy the game again without feeling like my investment was wasted.

Same here, I lost my only draft token in the second round because of that.

This is unfortunately not taken seriously. If EA was really against coin selling, these bots would have been a thing of the past, but here we are.
I also lost multiple drafts over the weekend due to the same frozen player hack. Support told me to check my connection (((((:

On a positive note, it might be possible to get a draft token back via this tool: https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/missing-content-tool/

I assume it only works for the most recent DC (tried it only once and got a token back, even though I was disconnected multiple times) so if you get DC'ed, don't spam draft until you try to get something out of this (potentially wait an hour before testing the tool as it takes time for the report of the game to reach the servers).
