Nevada/SoCal servers are unplayable. Patch issues

Mode: FUT, Console: PS5, Area: Las Vegas, NV

Started around 7-10 days ago, lines up with the release of latest patch. Both menu and games are slow. Online modes like Rivals, Champs, Icon swaps are unplayable.  

Input responsiveness is massively delayed. Every action feels a second delayed.  

Ping has been around 18-20 and consistently < 30 yet gameplay is degraded. 

Using LAN connection & consistently getting over 300mbps. Even on wifi, the game was smooth before the recent patch and changes. 

Have tried all different things like approx location on/off, cross play on/off, visual overlays off, manual dns settings, etc and nothing has helped. 

Clearly an EA server and FUT updates issue as all other online games on ps5 are working just fine.  

Please investigate and pls pls revert the recent patch.
