Oponent quit the game but it didn't take me out

Just as the title say, an opponent in fut champs paused to quit the game but the game didn't pause on my screen, he then quite but instead of me getting the win his arrow changed to blue as if another local player was playing, he didn't get DC for inactivity and once half time came around I just got stuck in a scree showing me the pitch, now I have to get a loss thanks to the subpar coding, you lot better give me that win or I'll reimburse the **bleep** out of this **bleep** game, not the first time it happened.
