Passing broken and pace non existent

I actually can’t stand this game anymore all my open passes are blatantly going toward every opponent even if it’s aimed miles away from them it just keeps pinging the pass to them or curving it perfectly past my player.
Crosses are just as bad every single cross I make or clearance  it will always show the cross exactly where the opponent is standing completely avoiding my player.  
I’ve watched hundreds of tutorials and so many different settings options and not one of them have made a difference at all.  
Not even just passes either my tackles never register my players feet either glide across the ball or they just do some weird leg step thing and stop walking. 

Then there’s pace, I’ve got a few players over 90 pace and I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of them outpace another player despite the insane gap between pace.  
every single game I’m finding opponents making runs from their side and I have about 4 players 2 of them above 90 pace and they never ever outrun the attacking player like ever I have to make sure I’m switching straight to my CB’s and running all the way to my goal just to make a chance to save it which rarely works cause some how they will just get past me anyways even if I’m making the run well before. 
I tried holding L2 while running which slows me down even more, I’ve tried without it which is the exact same result, I’ve even had games one of them being yesterday where the ball would be clear for me to run at and intercept but then all of a sudden it’s like something is pulling my player back and they run on the spot for about a second and a half the start running again which by then the balls gone.  

I’m not doing this to complain like I genuinely need help because these last 2 days it’s been horrendous every single game as consisted on this non stop I was about 2 wins away with X2 from div 7 and within 20 minutes I was relegated back to 9, I’ve already posted something like this but it go nowhere so just trying again. 

Like I would say my team is solid too they definitely shouldn’t be playing the way they are especially when I see all their base cards with immaculate gameplay from anybody else.
