Pause menu bug

The match started, I scored a goal against the opponent, everything seemed to be fine until then, then the game stopped -> Pause menu -> there was a countdown -> I didn't get the game image back, I only saw the replay, there it was thrown that if I don't touch the controller, I'll lose the match -> (the match score is still 1-0 for me) suddenly the pause menu came back, where I see that my opponent scored 4 goals, so I didn't see the match, then I tried to start OBS to record what was happening, but unfortunately the game then threw me out that I was inactive. It's annoying in a Champions match, since I played very difficult matches, here I had the chance to get a better reward. I managed to catch a very short moment with my phone, not much can be seen, only that the match was 1-0 and then something happened and it became 1-4.
