PC - kicked out from rıvals games after latest 10/23 update

every time i start a match in fc 26 i get dc for no reason i have good internet i cant play for 20 min i played like 9 games or something in rivels and i dont know what the problem and restarted my internet  modem plz help i have tried everything i cant play any full game
