I am able to play for 1-2 minutes and then I get a message saying the game is out of sync or the match has lost connection every time. I haven’t been able to complete one game today.

We need to ask EA to give us at the very least Rivals points to compensate. we don't have all the time in the world and be bought the game to be able to play.
I have the same issue. Rivals and Rush I connect to a game normally as expected. After a couple of minutes of gameplay, some trouble connecting to your opponent and I get booted to menus.
In Rush I was getting points for doing not much, in Rivals im getting dropping a position every game.
its a disgrace that I cannot play a game that has cost so much in pre-purchasing and fut points only for it to not work all day. EA Support seems to have no option to complain report a problem and get feedback or technical help. A total joke. Please advise.

Yep same on PC every game disconnects saying the result is under review.
