PC - kicked out from rıvals games after latest 10/23 update

barely played the game this weekend due to this bug! i have played total 7 games since update. 2 FUT friendlies and 5 rivals. I HAVE ONLY MANAGED TO COMPLETE 1 GAME!!! fix it or ill be calling customer services for refunds or compensation in game due to unable to play rivals and qualify for champs. 60 pound game and it barely works. OUT OF ORDER EA!
