PC Framerate goes bad after a cutscene.

Sometimes after a cutscene my game will go to 20 FPS when i originally had over 100 and the game goes really delayed and is completely unplayable and theres no way to fix without having to close app so you just lose the game without a chance.

Another thing is even clicking just Ultimate Team from the main menu can drop my frames to below 20 and you also have to reset the game again.
