Persistent EA FC 26 Bug - Controller Failure in All Online Modes
I am writing to report a serious and persistent bug in EA Sports FC 26, which I purchased in the pre-order edition.
Since starting the game, my controller does not respond during online matches. This issue is not limited to a single game mode; it occurs in all online modes I have attempted to play, including Draft, Division Rivals, and Seasons Mode.
This bug prevents me from playing at all, ruining the online gameplay experience. I cannot compete because my controller simply fails to function as soon as the match begins.
I would like to request that the support team analyze my case and investigate this critical issue.
