Pro Clubs bug - My player turns into AI and I become a spectator

Platform: Xbox Series X
Issue:
In Pro Clubs, my player randomly becomes AI-controlled during matches. I lose control of my Pro and can only spectate the game. This usually happens when I am playing well. My player name sometimes changes and my build may switch. Restarting the game only fixes it temporarily.

Please investigate and release a patch to fix this issue, the game is unplayable.
