Red card suspensions never clear in Ultimate Team Squad Battles (PS5)

I’m experiencing a bug where red card suspensions are never cleared in Ultimate Team Squad Battles.
Three different players are currently affected:
- Khamrobekov
- Lavogez
- Alphonso Davies
Each player received a red card (or was sent off after two yellow cards) during Squad Battles. After the matches, I completed multiple new Squad Battles matches without using the suspended players, but the suspensions never cleared.
The players still show “Current Red Cards: 1” in their Player Bio, and they continue to be treated as suspended.
What’s expected is that after serving the required suspension by missing the next eligible Squad Battles match, the player should become available again and “Current Red Cards” should return to 0, right?
But what happened was that the suspension never clears, even after several completed Squad Battles matches.
I’ve tried troubleshooting in every way,
- Finished every match to the final whistle (no quitting or disconnecting).
- Played multiple new normal Squad Battles opponents (not just Featured Squad).
- Removed the suspended players completely from the starting XI, bench, and reserves.
- Removed them from all saved squads.
- Created and used a second squad.
- Restarted the game completely.
- Confirmed the game is updated to version 1.000.030.
- Confirmed the issue is occurring on the PS5 version of EA SPORTS FC 26.
Additional Information:
- Khamrobekov has missed approximately 5 Squad Battles matches since being sent off.
- Lavogez has missed approximately 2–3 Squad Battles matches.
- Davies has missed 1 Squad Battles match.
- The issue only started after they received their red cards.
- Other Ultimate Team objectives (such as Squad Battles objectives) continue to track normally, so matches are being counted correctly.
This appears to be a bug because suspensions are not being served despite completing the required matches.
