RTTF Competitors cup access

What's the use on playing all 14 games, getting DNF'ed in one game and playing the remainder 13 games and not being able to access the RTTF Competitors cup? Like each event has a problem. Now people can't access that cup due to an error. I went 9 wins and then collected my rewards for the league and to play the chapions cup one and then playing the rest i cant access the other cup!! Hope all other players get compensation for not being able to play in that cup!!
