Saved file corrupted

A couple of days ago when opened fc it came up with a message saying my profile had been corrupted and I had to reset all my preferences like favourite club etc… 

I thought nothing of it after logging into my ultimate team to see no real changes however it appears I’ve lost some cosmetic evos like a cornerstones id applied to my Marquinhos card 

this next bit is a little unrelated but I needed to post it somewhere:

I’ve had so many bugs and issues with the game, it feels like I’m beta testing a game that I spent 60 quid to buy and even more on fifa points. The gameplay changes every week as there’s a new exploit for each patch, one week AI will track runs the next they stand around like clueless idiots. Now they’ve taken out goalie movement and nerfed AI defending, I get that goalkeeper movement was a bit of a gimmick but I feel like it just promotes people playing with a deep block with 10 men behind the ball with both changes in one update. And I know that in 2 weeks time it’ll have changed again completely and there will be some new meta. I don’t want to have to constantly be re learning how to play the game with each patch a bit of consistency would be nice from the gameplay changes
